ZenToes are great for helping me get through the day when I have to be on my feet - you know what I mean if you have ever had to wear shoes while having a sore or arthritic toe. Arthritis and osteopena have not been kind to me. Many of my joints bulge causing a great deal of pain. When this happens to a toe joint, wearing shoes makes the pain worse. I have tried numerous products, one for a couple of years until they changed the design and made it worthless. I was very happy to find ZenToes. When I wear shoes, the cap portion of the ZenToes makes my shoes too tight, so I trim off the cap tip, slide it over my toe, put on my socks and shoes and know I will be able to get through the day by not feeling as much pain from this arthritic joint. I wish there were ZenToes that worked as well on other sore joints!

They are wonderful and now I'm walking without pain.

They are easy to put on and they stay on, but after about 20 minutes it started to cut off the circulation in my big toe. Definitely covers and protects the toe, but just too binding around the top part of my toe. I think it would be perfect if it was just a bit larger in the width. I wear ladies size 8.5 Brooks running shoes. I do have kind of chunky toes, but they are not gigantic, so I was surprised the toe protectors were so tight. I think these are one size, for men or women. I can't imagine they would be big enough for a guy's big toe based on how they fit me. They would be ok for my second toe, but it is my big toe that needs protection.Length is fine. They just need to be wider.

Nice soft padding-have to cut tubing to fit on smaller toes. Does not slide on easily. Used two hemostats to pull tubing down onto toe.Be very careful the circulation is not reduced to your padded toe. As your feet swell during the day, the tubing may become too tight on your toe-your toe will be hurting and it will be a dark purple red color. Use BIG size on your toe if you experience this dangerous situation.

When I first got these and compared it to what doctor had given me, it seemed too big. So I initiated a return and ordered next size down. The medium came, entirely too small, so now I have to return those. I canceled the return on the large and cut the length down on one to try. The diameter of the opening is ok - but the seam at the top? Hell no! It it wider and pushes against 2nd toe. Horribly uncomfortable!!!!I am in so much pain and this was supposed to help. Nope! Now I need to go back to the doctor and probably have some sort of surgery, because nothing it protecting the sensitive area now and it is only getting worse.Do NOT buy these. If the large is right size for toe, the SEAM will be extraordinarily uncomfortable. Not to mention trying to wear ANYTHING on your foot! I will not even be able to do any walking without this working.TERRIBLE.

It is soft and assists with healing. I trimmed mine (as per instructions) and it fit well.

Great idea. Saves on bandages and the time it takes to wrap.Bought all three sizes to cover all the toes. Works great after getting comfortable with the feel. Could be better if there were air holes for breathing (like similar plain gel for sale on here).My big toes get irritations on the sides from shoes. The fit is a bit too tight so had to locate some XL from another maker. Used them three times so far and they stayed in place.My baby toes get blisters and pinched skin from rubbing against the adjacent toes. I used the small size for these. The first time I used them I was impressed. A struggle to get on but they worked. The second time I used them both came off after a couple hours of work and had to put up with them floating in my sock at the toe of the shoe or under the sole. Very irritating. The third time I used them both came off within one hour and I had to take off my shoes and fish them out of my socks. I'm assuming I'll have to use a bandage to keep them secure, but that defeats the purpose of not having to buy/deal with bandages. I also noticed that they are fraying from being cut.Haven't used the medium sized for the other toes yet.Update: I returned the small and medium for a refund. The large I kept because I was using them on my big toes. Well, I've used them for the past 5 days and they are literally falling apart. The gel on the inside is rubbing off and all bunched up exposing the cloth covering.

Saved my brocken baby toe!I broke me toe and nothing could be done, but to wait for time to heal.. I came across these toe sleeves and thought to give them a try.Thank God I did. I cut the length, then slide it on. I now can wear sneakers without so much pain!
