Had this item for 6 weeks now and it does the job intended. We've had some heavy rain and strong winds in the past 6 weeks, no damage to the material as of yet, Its very strong and also waterproof. If the rain leaves a pool of water on top of my table, I tip it off or use a window/shower squeeze to remove it, (as recommend in the instructions.)

Decent quality cover - fits well

I have bought this item twice now and it protects my furniture very well. It is heavy, thick and waterproof and is made well. However, be aware that both have ripped after about 2/2.5 years and need replacing. Maybe the weather makes the material more brittle and weaker, I don't know, but it does seem to have a limited life expectancy.

Excellent product

I bought one if these about 5 years ago and have just replaced it with the exact same one. If that isn't a good endorsement then I don't know what is! Replaced it only because it had a couple of rips that I'd caused by being a bit rough with it, when pulling it over the table set, and it had some unsightly algae stains on it. The material IS waterproof. We never had a problem at all. The material is thick and well stitched (see photos) It's not like those thin, anorak type materials that also fade badly in the sun (much like my inferior BBQ cover) For the price, it's a great buy and fantastic value. Recommended.

We bought this in April 2022 for a new garden furniture set and the overall look and feel seemed pretty good. The first thing to note is the tie-down straps are not very long, and our furniture have square feet and these will not go around them. A tear formed in the outer meterial in the first winter, but did not go through to the underlying membrane, and it stayed like this for a long time. Last summer at just over a year old when removing the cover a small rip formed, but as our garden set is L-Shaped I could rotate the cover so the rip was not over the furniture, and it lasted through last winter. A couple of other small tears appeared by this spring, so it was clearly about done for at 2 years old and I planned to replace it for this winter.... .... Storm Bert completely trashed it, pretty much ripped it in half and left it in tatters! Looking around it was hard to find one this big - we need 2.3 x 2.9 metres and not many of these things come that big, I looked at Custom made and they are way more expensive, and many other covers are only 420D meterial, and as this one at 600D was not super impressive I did not want to down spec.... ...So just ordered another of these in the hope it lasts at least 2 years again.

Purchased this to fit a large corner sofa with table. Fits fine with plenty of room to spare. I was impressed by the quality as soon as I opened it, its extremely well made with clip staps and vents to help with lifting in the wind. The first couple of downpours, we just left a couple of spare cushions underneath to test...it did it's job and they were bone dry. Water does tend to 'pool' in areas but certainly with mine it hasn't leaked through, I just make a little 'slope' for the water to run off. Now I won't hesitate to leave the cushions out during the summer months. From what I can remember I did ask a question and the seller politely replied very quickly.
