I like a small file folder for keeping important paperwork that comes in each month in an organized fashion.With the thirteen pockets I have a pocket available for each month plus one to work as a top draw for important things not yet ready to file for whatever reason. At the end of the year I'll have my year neatly organized and will be ready to start on a new file organizer. I'll write the year a file organizer was used so they can be easily retrieved if necessary. I couldn't use the design I had before this one, which I had liked. That was fortunate for me because I like this one even more. It's just perfect for me.

It’s exactly what you think it is. It’s a plastic accordion file with 13 slots. By the end of the year it will be so fat that the elastic string will be stretched out. In December I’ll buy another one. I learned a long time ago to get the plastic ones so when you spill coffee down the side of your table it doesn’t go through the cardboard papery ones and into your papers and receipts. I can use a sharpie to write the year on the file. I always wish that it were just another half or three-quarter inch fatter, or able to spread that much further. But I’ll think of that when it’s closer to getting a new one.

Bummer, the price and quality are 5 stars compared to others I buy each calendar year but sadly only blank labels are included which means I have to hand write them and that’s bad for anyone who needs to read my handwriting!! (See product page)

Bought for my husband to keep his construction paperwork organized while supervising his crews from his truck. He loves it and made the labels and organized his paperwork immediately. The only issue he had was trying to get the elastic band closure underneath the closure. I think he has probably bent the closure slightly upward to avoid that issue in the future.

I like the fact that this folder has 13 pockets, thus why I ordered it. I love the color. Also like the different colored tabs, BUT I would have preferred to have the months preprinted out. I am OCD and like my labels to look neat. So, I printed them out on my label maker instead of writing on the tabs. Nice product otherwise.

I ordered this file folder because I had miscellaneous papers on my desk and printer without a home but making a mess. This file folder is just what I needed! I gave it 4 stars for durability because I haven't had it long, but it keeps my "mess" organized and takes very little space to stay handy! Thank you!

Excellent folder that can withstand backpack. I also wrote on it with sharpie marker and has not rubbed off or faded. Non slip grip plastic material. I would recommend this accordion folder. Also comes with colors tabs to label. These tabs are easy to smear when writing but once in place impossible to smear.

Tax receipts storage.I don't use all of the different compartments but they are not a problem. I only need about 6 of them. The others just collapse down. Heavy somewhat flexible plastic with elastic band that hooks on a stay. Works well. I use indelible ink to write what is in them.
