Wow, wow, wow! I love it! It just arrived today after having to wait a month because it was shipped from the Ukraine. And boy, was it worth the wait. I have been using acupuncture mats - and oh boy, this is a lot better. This is very high quality. I like that it has the actual needles on it. I also like that I can wrap it around my chest, stomach, leg, arm or head and I get the acupuncture therapy I love while I do other things. I'm not one to just lay there and get therapy. I like that I can stay active and have the acupuncture therapy at the same time. I'm very impressed. Another thing I notice is that it's not as harsh on my skin as acupuncture mats. It seems gentler and easier to wear for longer periods of times. I was going to buy the lyapko flower that goes on your head, but now I'm not, because this one wraps on my head just fine. I like how versatile this one is with the straps. Another thing, the straps are stretchy so I can pull them in place. Good design. I'm so excited. I love it!This acupuncture therapy has worked miracles for me. It's helped me heal from old emotional traumas. It has also helped get rid of my tennis elbow. And it has gotten rid of my sciatic nerve pain that I had for about 30 years. And it also has helped reverse some early stage arthritis I was getting in my hips and legs. I have a lot more flexibility and a lot less pain in my joints and muscles. This is a true miracle. I have tried hundreds of healing modalities and this one is by far the best!!!!Don't use pills. Use this instead. This gets rid of pain at it's root. You don't have to live with pain; you can heal it naturally.

The main thing is to put it evenly on the part of the body. And you can walk with it or lay down. I put it on my head and do my staff at home and forget about it. Very convenient.

Amazing applicator

Glad that i bought this item despite reading one not-so-enthusiastic review on here. I just love the fact that this is an adjustable belt so I can tighten in around my stomach to my liking. I wear it for 30 mins-1 hr every morning when I drink my hot lemon water and do cooking and chores before heading out for work. It makes me be aware of my belly, so I do more diaphragm breathing. I also press it down time from time to feel the needles a bit more on my skin, for deeper tissue penetration effect. Sometimes I have it on while sitting at the computer or watching a movie. The purpose of this item is to stimulate blood and lymph circulation in subcutaneous fat tissue, and i think it does a good job at that. My only wish is that the company would sell a larger back mat or a larger stomach area mat as belted option! It is nice to have them tightly wrapped around the body. I also have Lyapko's large roller which I try to use daily. Happy with both of these items.

Was happy to find Lyapko acupuncture collection on Amazon. Just bought belt and I am happy with purchase. It helps me with controlling my back (neck, shoulder ) pain.I have some more Lyapko devices which I got on eBay etc ( maybe 6 years ago). Using it every day

The elastic web belting is flimsy and does not secure the accupuncture pads in place unless one is lying down. The Amazon ad does not specifically explain that this item is to be worn while reclining. The instructions are in poor English and the fonts are too small to read.
