Great beginner pack refill. I would like to see a few trauma bandages, and a few band-aids. I think it just needs more. A great pack for EMR, I guess I was/am looking for and EMT or Medic level pack.

This kit is packed with with supplies at an outstanding price. An excellent value if your first aid kit has been needing a resupply.

I am on a volunteer "incident response team" at work, where medical supplies are restocked by a vendor as needed. Who can really say the same for their personal first aid kits, especially in a home or travel setting where you may go months without needing anything and then quickly whittle down the contents of a store-bought kit when addressing something like an almost-but-not-quite emergency (cut, burn, surgical dressing, etc.) that steadily depletes just one or two types of items? I bought this for home use, specifically to make sure that some of the most easily overlooked items don't mysteriously run out.Rather than buying packages of 10+ of each item when I just want to replenish what was used, this seemed far more cost-effective. Someone inevitably comes along saying that the contents could be bought individually for less, but 1) that would be tough to do in this case and 2) you know exactly what you're getting here, with just a couple of each item. It's exactly what the name suggests.

Worth the price when resupplying my personal first aid kit compared to buying off the shelf. Decent quality and most everything I need for climbing/backpacking and a few days on the trail.
