Incredibly easy to install and worked great! Excellent design!
This unit was incredibly easy to install! As others have said that top white connector on the BCM is difficult to get out. I used a small flathead screwdriver to push on the right tab, and used my left hand index finger to push on the left side tab and pull with thumb and other left fingers. Takes some patience and a flashlight you can position to get the light right on it. The procedure to configure once connected to the T-harness takes only a minute, and then you disconnect for full programming with a PC. The downloaded programmer works only with Windows and I had to boot up into safe mode to get the drivers installed. I don't see that others had that issue so might have been specific to my old PC with Windows 11. Once I was able to get the USB driver for the Flashlink device installed the programming took only a few minutes. Just switch it to Pro mode, don't change any other settings including what car it shows on the screen (if any). Then just plug it back in to the car and test. Close doors, lock the car, then press the lock button on the factory remote three times. After a few seconds the car started right up. Unlock the doors, press the start button once (don't press brake) and you are ready to drive. The brake pedal needs to then be pressed at least once to be able to turn-off the car. The device worked perfectly for my 2014 Q50 Hybrid Sport. Note the images say "Fuel-> Gas only" but I checked with their tech support before buying and they said it works with the Hybrid. There are also good reference videos on YouTube showing the install steps.

Remote start works… but at a cost.
So the product works as intended, but your car won’t anymore. You see, the remote starter works flawlessly, but at the price of your car not locking or other functionality not working properly. I tried contacting support, they were abysmal, slow to respond and not providing a prompt solution, so I uninstalled the remote starter and my car returned to normal, no issues. Instead I went to the dealer to purchase a remote start kit, and that’s what I recommend to all of you. In short, the product works, but at the cost of your safety and your vehicle’s functionality.

Great Investment for 2014 Q50
Bought this for my 2014 Q50 3.7. It works great and comes in handy when it’s cold outside. Great investment.

worked at first then stopped and now my horn doesn't work
Jan 2026 - Easy install. there was a little deciphering the instructions but for the most part manageable. Product worked great for a few days then stopped working and my horn stopped working. I checked all the fuses and relays and it is the module giving me problems. I will be removing and sending back

Not hard to do, but instructions that come with it suck.
It's not hard to do if you watch a couple YouTube videos. The instructions in the box and the manufacturer video suck. Hardest part for me was getting the topmost GD white connector separated. I would buy again.

Great product
Would recommend following along with a YouTube video of the installation part. Also you will need to have a computer to run the decryption process. Zero issues if done correctly

3 TIMES I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY AND IT WOULD NOT WORK FOR MY 2015 Q50
NOW IT SAYS THAT , "THE DCRYPTOR'S LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED FOR THIS CAR." I HAVE REACHED OUT TO SUPPORT AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO GET TO ME. I WILL BE REFUNDING THIS IF THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY MISLEADING PRODUCT. AND NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. AWFUL. GARBAGE

This works very well and it is a very novel and secure way of integrating a remote start feature in your car without putting it at risk. This does not tap into any high-power wiring which can otherwise cause short circuits etc. It does not expose your vehicle to hacking by thieves which may be the case with other separate remote-based starters in the market. Now this taps into the Body control module and seamlessly integrates with the encryption system in your vehicle so in essence it does not make your car less secure than what it was originally. It adds a function that sends the engine start command to the BCM when 3X lock button is pressed and the signal comes through the encrypted channel which is your car's remote key. So this is absolutely safe and secure! Now coming to the execution part. 1. The hardware integration is extremely easy with the T-Harness provided and videos available online. I would give it 10/10. 2. Software integration: Now this it is not very perfect. You need to follow the instructions very very precisely and one small mistake can ruin this. The software aspect is a bit fragile and you would need patience and attention here. When you plug in your remote module, straight away go to the PRO mode and do not get tempted to change the model of the car even if it is not exact. (For me it showed Nissan Altima instead of Infiniti Q50). For me I had to get the module replaced since even after following the instructions to the dot, it did not work. The customer support is very helpful and they figured out that the module supplied was faulty and promptly replaced it. Again, you would need to give it a couple of days to happen so be patient with them. Nate Dally is a very helpful person there. The product quality is extremely good. I saw the faulty unit PCB and found that the components are of top-notch quality (as I am a hardware design engineer) To conclude, it is a great product which is very innovative, high quality and reasonably priced. The developers are trying to make the firmware more robust, so just be patient with them. So far, their hard-coded system works if you follow their instructions properly.

This product is great... In terms of installation, everything was very easy. Step by step instructions are very easy to follow and product worked exactly as its supposed to. Definitely recommended this for any infiniti vehicle without the factory remote start system. 10/10

It worked great for 8 months then suddenly car wouldn't start or would freeze or wouldn't turn off electrical issues. Had to remove it and throw it out since it caused so much issues probably relay box. Not worth the hassle if it is cheap quality
