Great little pouch. Holds a lot for its size. You’ll want this for a mini trauma kit.

Nice Mole Bags - Great For A Basic IFAK
Nice mole bags. Was able to put together a couple of basic IFAKs for my wife and I.Each bag holds 2 chest seals, 2 quick clots, 2 pairs of gloves, 3 packs of compressed gauze, and scissors. The outside pocket is able to hold a CAT Tourniquet.

Good product for the value, slightly disappointing.
Works great and fits the essentials. But it can sometimes be hard to organize, because you cannot zip the pockets. Also, I an slightly disappointed that the straps for a belt are near impossible to use, because when you out them on your belt, the med kit is too soft to clip them on. And you can’t fit shears and a knife as advertised. All of these are small problems though and it is a good product overall.

Rugged enough for the real world!
This $10 IFAK pouch exceeded my expectations with the build quality & material.Definitely stronger than typical pouches for airsoft/LARPing but not quite military grade. However for the "dirty civilian" looking to build a custom IFAK on their kit, this will be more than tough enough and last several years of wear and tear.Enough space to securely hold all basic items for any IFAK.We purchased one just to check out the quality and now we have decided to purchase a few more given how good it is compared to the price.Definitely a great value!

Not for On Person EDC but good for a patrol
Size is bigger than most EDC-type but these seem sturdy and will work for a patrol or other hike or vehicle. I like that the Molle straps are retained - the metal snap is bigger than the plastic top buckle so no chance of losing a strap. IMO price is excellent for what you are getting. I fit 7.5" shears, CAT-TQ, Sharpie marker and LED penlight on the exterior. Inside is HyFin dble chest seals, Israeli T3 bandage, NAR packing gauze, 2Xpair rolled gloves, mylar blanket and small cake gel tube (for diabetic's emergency). I have put together over a dozen of these kits for a church security team I manage. After folks see them they ask me to get them one for their personal use. I'm not a fan of the red pull-to-open quick strap. It will wear on the zippers if used and leaves the very top of the kit open to intrusion, so I just stuff the strap inside and forget about it. I also suggest flash burning the zipper cords as the are slick and may un-tie. Just hit them with a lighter for a couple seconds to set the knots.

Seems to be of decent construction so far, but it's much smaller than expected.
I got this to keep a readily available small first aid kit on my day pack. I was surprised by how little it actually holds. In fact, with two windlass style tourniquets, it's pretty much full without anything else added. If you have a stat trauma pack, not even the two tourniquets will fit.I'd hoped to be able store the contents of a small first aid kit I picked up a while back, and even with as little as what was in that kit, I can't fit all of it in this pack.Do yourself a favor and get a larger pack. Something you can store some gauze in, as not even a single roll will fit in this one if you have literally anything else in it.
