Very bad I am not happy to get this product

This product works great and more than that looks incredible outdoors when it glows. This one came well-packed in nice packaging. Very bright & different modes are add-on features to it. I would recommend these overall.My 2 cents below :Pros:- Looks great & very bright with 358 LEDs for outdoor use- Has 3 modes that let you always keep it always ON/Dim based on motion detection- Changing the mode is easy as a single button does it all including turning ON/OFF- Great battery (4400 mAh) life after a full day of solar charging, it can give backup for 12+ hours depending on the motion frequency- Motion sensitivity is good and seems to be doing a good job overall- Large in size with more area coverage all around- Super easy to install- Gives a great look at the front yard or backyard- Weather-resistant lights with IP65 waterproof feature too- Build quality is nice. Feels solid and durable- Screws hardware is included in the package as well- Very reasonably priced for a set of 2 lights in the packCons:- No motion sensitivity configuration option in these- Solar panel is hard mounted on the light and so it can't be installed at distance from the lights

Received this about 3weeks ago. Upon receiving these.. I left them both out in the sun for 3days to make sure they were fully charged up.I temporarily put them up where I wanted them to go just to test them before I permanently attached them.As you can see in the picture... ONLY ONE of them works properly.The one on the left, although has been in the sun every day with direct sunlight for at least 5 hours.. WILL NOT last the entire night. Keep in mind I have these on MOTION DETECTION so they ARE NOT on all night. AND there IS NOT that much motion in my neighborhood that would warrant these to stay on most of the night.Also.. They are bright to LOOK AT... BUT NOT BRIGHT lighting up the area. When the left one does work (as soon as it gets dark)... even with both on the light it reflect onto my driveway is VERY MINIMAL.DO NOT RECOMMEND this item AT ALL. Look at other items.UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:This update will be in 2 parts. Part 1 for the Seller and Part 2 for the actual product.PART 1 (Seller)Upon leaving my original review for this product, the Seller contacted me regarding my low/1 start review fairly quickly. The seller was very professional, courteous and apologetic in his response to my review and acted quickly to try and resolve the matter/issue. The seller was prompt with his communication and actions. The Seller sent me (4) additional (2-two packs) and informed me every step during shipping. With regards to follow up and customer service… The Seller is 5 Star.I also received “NUMEROUS” emails regarding my low/bad review of the product from people who were offering a Gift Card to remove my review. I would say maybe 5 different people… ALL with email addresses from GMail. I did not respond to any of them nor did I click on any links as I was afraid they were scams.PART 2 (Product)As I received the 4 additional solar lights… I decided to test them out before installing them. I had left all 4 lights out in the sun from sunrise to sunset for 5 straight days just to ensure these were adequately charged. I then put all 4 of them in my garage to see if they would work as shown in the 1st picture. All 4 lights were on Sensor Mode (Position 1) meaning they only should turn on when there is motion and turn back off after 30sec. I started this at around 8pm when it was already dark outside in my area and the time where the lights would be active outside. Understand that these are in the garage and there was no movement throughout the night which would cause these lights to go on. I turned each light on to make sure they all worked…. In which they did at this time. I go into the garage at midnight. As shown in the 2nd picture.. Only ONE of the lights turned on. The other 3 did not. I switched the 3 non working lights to ON and all were already dead. I returned again at 5am (which is still dark outside) and the only light that worked at midnight NO LONGER worked. Also dead. See 3rd picture. I placed these 4 lights back outside for another day of charging. Tested again the same night… all 4 turned on initially… but gave the same results the next morning. Dead at 5am. DOES NOT LAST THE WHOLE NIGHT! I would say it would not even last 4 hours.So out of 6 lights that I’ve had (2 that I originally purchased and 4 replacements sent)... only 1 is working which was from my original purchase.So my original review regarding the product still stands and remains the same “regarding” the product itself. I do not recommend these lights and am currently looking for better options.

Great security add on that doesn't cost more for electricity.

I seldom make customer reviews unless the process or product  is exceptional, though my reviews usually lean to the exceptionally bad.  I purchased a pair of the Aurste light.  They are amazingly bright and seem to be of substantial quality.  However, one of the two only worked for one day.  That was a bit off-putting, but the performance of the working unit was still impressive and I didn't want to return them to Amazon without giving Aurste the opportunity to address the issue.  Their response is what generated this review.  Their customer service was amazing.I emailed them on the weekend explaining the problem.  Early Monday morning I received their reply including their apology.  They would replace the defective unit and sent follow-up emails explaining the process stating the replacement would be delivered by the end of the week.  It actually arrived the next day, Tuesday.  Both lights are installed and working perfectly.Nothing that is manufactured (especially in China) is 100% perfect,  I received a unit that was intermittent.  What makes a difference to me is how responsive the company is and whether they stand behind the product.  Aurste when above and beyond to correct the mistake.  It was far more than I expected.I recommend them with the highest confidence level that I can give.
