Seller offered an unlocked (specific to my chosen carrier) refurbished phone. Arrived in like new condition, no scratches, ready and easy to set up. Very happy with this replacement phone. Adequate performance at a reasonable price.

This phone has caused me nothing but grief since I got it, messed up my email, hand to change, and a couple of other of my apps messed up also. Very disipointed with it.

Briefly because I'm really sick of using up my LIFE calling out things that turn out to be presumptively, stochastically, junk. I've flown 2M miles finding faults in multi-man tech designs around the world and probably have some inflexible opinions on design faults. My wife's A12 just randomly ceased after a year to be able to allow a connected caller to hear her. If you search on "other party can't hear me" or some such, you find a plethora. Ordered this "inspected, tested, refurbished... fully functional" phone, tried 2 sim cards...... no joy. It SHOWED UP with a dead #1 microphone... there are two. According to a support engineer (not tech) at a very large comms provider, this model has a "giant s---load of fault reports. The #1 mic is located on the usb board at the bottom of the phone. He added laughing I "can order a repair kit from the internet". Did not see that advertised as frequently purchased when I bought it. I could go on and I have more background in discussing evidence of a stochastically faulty electronic/digital designs but I'm ancient and I don't need to shorten my productive life any further.Do you ever wish stuff just worked? It used to be like that but I can tell you the evidence is significant is that if you bought one of these 100 times, you would be much more disappointed than is reasonable. It is significant that 0 for 2 is a terrible start... unique over the many, many phones I/my family have carried/lugged since ~1986.

This phone is a great value for the money. It was shipped super quickly and even though it was refurbished it came in spotless condition. I couldn’t see a scratch on it. The phone itself works very well and does everything I need it to do. I was a little nervous buying a refurbished phone on Amazon but based on this experience will definitely do this again when it’s time for a new phone (hopefully not soon!).

I bought this because my older Samsung wouldn't work with my wife's new Dexcom G7, my new Samsung A12 works great. Thank you, great value.

I have the galaxy s23 and I am bit of a thrifter. I should have gotten one of these for the price. It is bigger than the s23, has 4 camera lens compared to the 3 on the s23. Only thing that I could think of is s23 has more gigs than this. Just my opinion though. Make sure you do your own research.
