Really a great taste and smell
These are good. Read all site information and ask doctor if right for you.Raised my diabetic level I feel a bit. Effective, health benefits for me. Make me alittle sick to stomach, if taken without food. Smells good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price could be cheaper but i have noticed that it has curbed my mood swings from menopause... so far I like it ... capsules are kind of big and not easy to swallow and they also taste like cinnamon which I like..

Powerful stuff, excellent!
This is one of the best sources of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon on the market. I take a capsule 3-4 times per week along with my daily vitamins as well as cracking open a capsule over cereal in the morning. Great product.

Doesn’t really help at reducing sugar levels in the blood
At least not for me it didn’t reduce my blood sugar levels. I still take it because I like the taste and has other health benefits
