This is an amazing product, I wish I only would have found it 20 years ago. These refills do not come with the copper metal inside them but if you buy one of the original baskets you can take the copper out and leave it in your Leaf catching basket on top of the open container. My pool went all summer without the filter needing to be cleaned and without any green or black at all. The spring prior to the summer also has no green or black at all but I plan to change the container and clean the filter four times a year anyways.

So far so good with this product. My pool hasn't had algae build up.

I have been using poolrx for 7 years since 2018 and the product have always worked like magic. This time, this booster didnt do a thing with my pool. What happened to this product? My last purchase didnt work at all and i wish to get a refund.

I had purchased the algae killer, but in the prepackaged form that you just drop into your filter basket the year before. I thought this might be easier, but it actually isn’t. It’s pretty messy and gets blue all over your hands and everything around. It did work, though, which is entirely the point of purchasing it.

Upon opening the product- the boosters (all 4) were solid - should be loose granules. Also all 4 boosters had mold inside the containers. Unable to use. Very disappointed. Have been using this product for years.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this 4 bulk pack because it was on sale. Items all received as solid rock hard chunks instead of crystals in containers as seen in video.

Spent a lot of money. Wasted for a product that did not work as advertised
