So first off; idk why some reviews complain you have to pin the bear on it yourself and it’s not permanently sewn on, in my opinion that’s a great choice to have it be removable/optional to wear, in the event you want to use this dress as a base for other outfits (and you will, because it’s beautiful) where the bear doesn’t make sense to be there. Plus, you can get super creative and stick him wherever you want, like on your shoulder sleeve, on the bottom of the skirt, heck, on your BACK so you can really have “eyes” in the back of your head, and so on. That aside, I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. It’s to die for cute, and like I said, being able to remove the bear via safety pin is wonderful because it can be styled a bit more “formally” and less cutesy if I wanted. The fabric is soft, not at all itchy or uncomfortable, and smooth to the touch. It didn’t come very wrinkled for me personally, but I would still steam it lightly before wearing. The ribbon lace up on the white chest part as seen in the photos also has to be done by you, presumably to avoid it getting messed up in transit (two pieces of ribbon come with the bear in a small plastic ziplock bag), but I had it nice and tied up in just a few minutes so not a problem. All buttons in tact, no stains or rips in sight, very quality material and fits me great! Wasn’t expecting it to since Japanese and chinese clothes typically don’t account for any amount of lump in the lung (I have a severe, chronic case of mommy milkeroos) and are very much catered to petite bodies first and “curvier” frames second. If you don’t know what I mean, try searching “lolita dresses” alongside “plus size” and you will find dresses with reviews lamenting that even in largest sizes, they fit too small. For reference, I’m “skinny” with small shoulders, thin (not snatched, mind you) waist, no butt, a non-flat belly but less than half an inch extended from my torso, large thighs, but have large bust as a 38C, and am 5’3 tall. Dress comes down a little past my knees, perfect length. I could see a tall girl rocking it too! If that description sounds similar to your own body type, here’s the green light to give it a go. My two girls didn’t feel suffocated at all when trying it on and I was able to walk and breathe for hours just fine with no tight squeezing sensation, though, it could have been just a bit roomier. (Also worth noting, I wore a black sports bra underneath for support, and the material isn’t see through so it wasn’t a problem. I wouldn’t recommend not wearing a bra with this if you have a bigger chest, you’ll need all the compression you can get to get in and out without ripping a seam.) I also wouldn’t try lifting my arms over my head or too high above my shoulders in a dress like this if you get what I’m saying. But, I don’t imagine anyone buys something this dainty and expects to be able to do jumping jacks in it. Another joyful surprise was the skirt of the dress comes with an elastic waistband sewn in, which made getting inside it with my large knockers (the dress doesn’t have a zipper, but you could totally take it to a tailor to have it outfitted with one or sew one yourself) a breeze! Sleeves are delightfully and naturally puffy, makes you feel like a princess or a baby doll. Good length on the arms too. For the price, I adore this dress, it’s completely fantastic to find a piece this unique and darling at such a low value. Really it doesn’t get better than this! Just buy it! I would be wary of this if you’re higher than a D cup though, judging by the near perfect fit on my own chest, but again…tailors! If you want this and are either good at sewing or know someone who is, it’s worth having the alterations made! 5 stars, can’t wait to wear it out with a full ensemble :) If you’re not sure about sizing, my advice is just get the large. It’s much easier to tailor clothes to your measurements that are too big than it is to bring clothes that are too small a size up. Room to breathe beats tight squeeze any day! Perfect for my daughter just if you have a bigger chest area it is a little snug in that area , but she loved it and quality was good not to thick of material but great for the price

So the dress was super cute and my daughter loved it. She wanted it for Halloween - it mimics the “Mon Cherie” avatar outfit in a Roblox game she plays. The material was a little thin and there is zero stretch. She is 9yo and I got the small/medium and it was pretty tight across the top/chest area. I would have returned it for the larger size but there wasn’t time. I also bought a petticoat for her wear to under the skirt and it helped to fluff out the bottom of the dress. She loved it, we just wish it had been a little bigger or had some stretch.

The material is not stretchy but it fits as expected. I bought a medium as a 5'2 person. The material is somewhat thick which is great for longevity. The accessories all arrived as well. Undeniably adorable, I am pleased.

The dress is cute. The sizing does run small

This is literal rubbish. It arrived with a large brown stain on the hem and was coming apart at the seams. Sized very tiny...bought for my teenage daughter in the M/L size and it was way too tight. She is a S/M in everything else. Cheap thin fabric so it could not even be altered or repaired because the fabric was like paper. Horrible fiasco...immediately sent it back.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. It fit her great. I was worried at first if it be too big or too small but it was perfect. I never bought her this type of dress before so it’s always a concern if it will fit right.
