La Valenciana Polished Steel Paella Pan 46cm

Pan is great, works well. Rated a 4 because it could be improved upon by selling with, or making available a high 3-4" inch dome lid of some sort. Use of the dome lid would be in keeping with cooking the rice, and keeping the Paella warm if necessary in a delayed serving.

It was what I expected and just the right size for the crowd I'll be serving.

Worked well. Came on time. Perfect for 8 people.

An outstanding Paella Pan....seasoning was easy and the large size easily feeds 8-10 people...properly seasoned (and maintained) clean-up and re- seasoning is easy...not a cheap pan, but a good value. Highly recommend!

This a great paella. Much larger than I expected but more to party with

I give the paella pan 1 star for the initial size and look. I also wanted to be able to document. However, after cooking on it once on Saturday and letting it soak to clean, the pan looks horrible. If you don't dry it thoroughly immediately and it is slightly damp, the pan rusts. As a result it doesn't look clean and I'm not sure if I feel comfortable cooking on it again. Don't buy! Don't go cheap! Get the real thing or make sure it is stainless steal...not polished steal, aka junk! Love to return it. I just need a box!

The paella pan heated evenly and was easy to clean
