Definitely not an authentic woobie, but the quality is good and it’s warm. Initially it’s a little rougher and stiffer than the real thing, but I’m hoping with some washing it will get softer. I remember the one I was issued having a silkier feel to it. You can get an authentic one here on Amazon but it will cost at least $100. For me the extra cost is not worth it, and this one will do the job nicely.

Like others have said the color is a bit different. For me I prefer the color I received. Looks amazing! Had I known the true color I definitely would have ordered a couple more for the price I got this for ($33.50). If you where ever in the military then you already know how great these"poncho liners" are. I use them for everything but a poncho liner! If they go back to the price I paid you definitely know I'll be picking up a couple more, recommend you do the same.

These are well made; light enough to carry, heavy enough for cool nights. I'll add my light blanket come fall. Everything wraps up in my poncho nicely, stays dry till needed. I'm working on an oil cloth sleeve to pack with brush when I need more under me.

Well, to start this off, the picture is a bit misleading, I thought the Woobie would have more of a red coloring to it, but I was shipped a more green woodland style variant, which I prefer anyway.Okay, anyway, the Poncho Liner arrived very well packed and in perfect condition and also came with a holding type pouch for the Woobie. Would recommend.Quick things to note:-Does not have a hole in the middle for a head to go through.-Does have tie-downs along the seems to tie to a poncho.-Comes with a small carrying pouch.-Made in Germany

Great poncho liner!! Shipping took longer then expected. But company was good to work with. Mails from the UK! Nice friendly folks. Comes with its own bag to store in. After first wash, kept color an shape. Well made! Will recommend on my gear Blog.

Very comfy genuine poncho!

Dies ist bereits der 4. Poncholiner von Mil-Tec, den ich besitze.Ich bin normalerweise kein Fan der Firma Mil-Tec, was Ausrüstung angeht, jedoch ist an dem Poncholiner absolut nichts auszusetzen. Als leichte Decke oder als leichter Schlafsack (wenn mit einem weiteren Poncholiner verschnürt) absolut brauchbar. Waschbeständigkeit ist ebenfalls gut. Habe die anderen Poncholiner schon einige Jahre und auch diese zeigen keine Ausfransung, Risse oder Verblassen. Lässt sich durch den mitgelieferten Kompressionssack gut im Rucksack verstauen.

Hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich verwende ihn leicht modifiziert mit einem Schlitz für den Kopf unter dem Poncho als Wärmeschutz und als Schlafsackersatz. Bei schlechtem Wetter auch in Verbindung mit einem Poncho als Biwakhülle. Interessant ist die Multifunktionalität für mich, da man so Gewicht im Rucksack spart. Er ist gut verarbeitet, sehr leicht und trotzdem warm. Für das Geld eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
