This is a great supplement bir it is a bit sweet. They could lay off on the sugar a bit.

I appreciate the flavor the most. It doesn’t taste gross like other powders do. I mix it with my oats and it gives me a great kick of protein in the morning. The value is great too as it’s not super expensive.

Nice amount of protein for an after workout shake.

If you are looking for a great-tasting shake with lots of protein, look no further. I had switched to some Naked whey that had fewer calories and protein, and even though I think it is excellent, I missed my muscle milk, and as soon as it arrived, I mixed up a shake, and it was like, well, the best day ever, next to any day with my wife.

Tastes good, but I am not a fan of the sucralose, cellulose gel, and artificial flavors.

If you take this twice a day, your muscles with get bigger if you work out consistently 2-3 times a week and your skin will look much smoother and your hair more healthy.

Flavor was good. Results were good highly recommend.

I'm always looking at ways to add protein my diet, especially since I donate plasma and don't seem to get enough protein from my diet. I like that the protein count for this was pretty high. I usually mix this with 12 oz of regular milk. It calls for 2 scoops, which makes a pretty rich shake when just combining with milk in a shaker bottle. I think it tastes like white wedding cake, which I'm not complaining about lol. My husband isn't a fan of how thick it is, so he only uses one scoop. I like the thickness because it actually feels like I'm drinking a shake and not just milk. I've already gotten a couple of refills on the vanilla flavor.
