As soon as the shelves were installed and wet... everything smaller than a shampoo bottle slid out under the front bar and fell down splat chash splat. Soap / small medicinal shampoo / hair comb / scrubby - all slid out onto the floor. Bump the stand slightly - more items cascade out under the front bar. I was forced into building a blockade with shampoo bottles on each tier to stop the irritating action. Would I suggest this to anyone? Not really.

Love the size and shape of this, and the ability to place each shelf at any height you need. This didn’t come with any assembly instructions, and I needed my boyfriends help with getting the spring loaded part to fit into place. If you’re not very strong you will need help assembling for sure. I’ve had it for a year now and it is a little orange rusty in some spots, but still works great and hasn’t moved from where I put it originally

We purchased this to put it in our shower, it came with instructions. One of the shelves that came in ours was broken so it doesn't hold bottles of shampoo well. We also had to leave out one pole and cut another in order for it to fit it was way too long, which is not a big deal. But when we put it up, it bows slightly, so i'm hoping it holds up and is worth the money. But I can't say I was highly impressed and would buy it again. I love that it's black because it matches everything else in our house but I wish it was more sturdy.

I love this shower caddy, replaced identical one I bought at Target10 years ago...2009. BUT THE RUBBER RINGS that hold the shelves up are so bad that the shelves slant to the side so that products all slide over to the one side. The original caddy had solid decent rubber rings. I’m sorry I threw it out before this one arrived. I’d have saved the rubber rings. They were thick and solid. New ones are flimsy and stretchy. Could get proper ones at hardware store but it’s such a pain to take down stand and reassemble. FOR THIS REASON, ONLY 3 STARS ON PRODUCT.

Poorly made. One of the baskets was broken. When I installed it (with the help of 2 people it was still extremely difficult) was so great it was bowing severely and looked like it Mike snap at any second. On one hand, I've been meaning to renovate the bathroom so if I left it up and came back to a shattered shower, it might be the motivation I needed. On the other hand I kept imagining it snapping and impaling whoever is unfortunate enough to occupy the shower at that moment. I've never been so afraid of an inanimate object. Alas, we. Nearly immediately took it down and returned it. It was delivered with a broken basket after all. I donut recommend this death trap and am happy to walk away from this with my life and without a hole in my ceiling which I see many were not as fortunate

The pole is way too long so it would need to be for a shower that doesn't have a tub and goes floor to ceiling. Also, the tension pole was so hard to push down that it actually punched a hole in my ceiling haha. I returned it - wouldn't recommend - it has horrible reviews for a reason!

We have 10 ft celling in our home so we installed it on top of the bathtub to the ceiling, I needed help because at 54 inches the springs were very difficult to compress (even with 2 people) I would not recommend this if you were trying to use this in a 52 inch setting

I like the idea of this shelf but it’s not very sturdy it also was very hard to put together because the instructions had no words and the rubber bands that were included to hold up the shelves were not good quality.
