I have used this now several times. It works very well, is very quick to heat up, is easy to use, and works as a lightweight, handy steam iron very quickly.It heats in seconds, and presses off garments very quickly and smoothly, with very little effort.Can't rate the durability yet, but it seems very adequate for the purpose. Just make sure you don't accidentally spray your hand with hot steam.

I’ve been really happy with the BEAUTURAL handheld steamer—it heats up fast, removes wrinkles quickly, and is super easy to use. It’s perfect for last-minute touch-ups and works well on everything from light blouses to thicker fabrics.The only downside for me is the water tank size. I find myself needing to refill it more often than I’d like, especially when steaming multiple items. A slightly larger tank would make this a 5-star product for sure!Overall, though, it’s a solid steamer that gets the job done and is easy to store. Definitely recommend for quick and effective wrinkle removal.

Didnt work at first. Support had solution not in troubleshooting guide. Works great now.

I purchased this item in 2018. I was surprised that I had bought it so long ago because I had put it away after some use. I intern was using my iron board with my iron and a floor model steamer. Needless to say the store model steamer became a nuisance as the hose would bend and therefore the steam would not come out as appropriately. It also was too short to reach the items if they were hung up and of course they had many other issues with the stand staying up and down, etc. I ditched it. I was not going back to my ironing board and iron as I can be bothered with that either. I have to come across this steamer again in my closet and have been using it ever since and wondered what the hell was I thinking?! This thing is fantastic. It makes your clothes look brand new easily and quickly. I read the reviews saying there’s no steam coming out. Maybe if you push the button and locked it up the steam would come. I’ve had no problem with steaming on this machine. If you do not hold the button properly or if you do not push it to lock you won’t get steam. Either way I just wanted to say that I love this machine. I was looking for another one and then I came across these other machine and I said why am I buying a new one? That one I have is quite fine and still works so if you’re thinking about it think no more this is perfect.

I have used this product a few times and so far it seems to perform very well. I only use it horizontally and it has never spilled. Steaming is not as effective as using an iron, but still pretty impressive and a good substitute.

I love this handheld steamer! It’s so practical and heats up quickly. Makes ironing clothes so much easier and saves a ton of time. Highly recommend it!

The steamer works well. It heats up quickly and does a good job getting wrinkles out of clothing. I gave only four stars because I do have one complaint and that is that the water reservoir does not empty completely. If you happen to leave water in there for 24 hours, there will be a musty odor in the tank and I’m not really sure how to get that out. I will probably donate this because I don’t want that stinky water on my clothes. It’s a shame because it does work really well.
