My apology but what is dds? Are you referring to your bra size? I'm about a B cup so if you are referring to your bra size I guess you should get a medium or large. I bought a small. If you are referring to something else can you please clarify? I hope this helps.

I'm a 36DD and I got medium. it has a stretch to it so it's up to you on how tight you want it to be. I like my clothes on the tigher side so that's why I went w a medium. I'm sure a medium would be fine on you
