Pretty Basic
I think a lot of what was covered could have been left out. It felt like the author was writing a term paper that had to be a certain amount of words so she put in a bunch of fluff. Some of the information was good but I could have probably found everything that was in this book by doing an internet search for free.

Good info
Good, basic trip through intermittent fasting. I thought she made alternate-day fasting (ADF) sound like the more logical choice, even though she didn’t push it.

Somewhat helpful
This book was very informative about fasting in general and its many benefits. I really enjoyed reading that part. After that, it goes into two types of Intermittent Fasting. Unfortunately, neither were what I was looking for despite the fact that searching for it brought up this book as a top result. I read through it all and learned a few things. That left like 25% of the book which talks about things lime exercise, meditation, and yoga. At this point the author lost my interest. There's A chapter on exercises to try after 40 and some examples of people who have had success with the diet in that age range but really that was about it. I'm not even sure what I was expecting truthfully. All in all it's worth reading the first half. If you're really interested in an actual diet plan it might be best to look elsewhere. I mostly got the information I was looking for and learned a bit more in the process.

Easy to follow. Very quick read.
This book was super easy to follow and it only took me a few hours to read. Now in just need to decide which plan to use!
