The book is great! It really enchances on investing and its importance helping people to know the values of investments. The book also touches upon perfect location and land for setting up a profitable airbnb and all the basics. In my opinion everyone should read this book and learn about short term profitable strategies.

I hadn't really thought about investing in an Airbnb before but this book has definitely changed that. It provides you with basically everything you need to know about Airbnbs from how to find a property, how to finance it, how to furnish it, how to list it, and much, much more. The book is easy to follow with lots of additional resources to access if this is something you'd really like to do. Definitely worth the read!

I have an investment property in a mountain town and use a third party to help me rent it out, so was interested in learning about the AirBnB model more. This book really laid everything out in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The book covers much more than I needed at first because I already have a rental property, but takes the reader from start of why invest in rental properties and AirBnb to finding ones, to buying one, and the ups and downs of running one. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to learn more about the details of this process and what it could mean for you.

I have 6 short term rentals near the beach in Florida and have taken some classes. This book was a great source that filled in some gaps (especially pricing) and I wish I had it when I started out. As a Super Host (and Premiere Host with VRBO) I can absolutely confirm what the author wrote is spot on. I am so excited about using the strategies in this book to grow my STR business.

I liked the overview and personal experience stories. I am starting to look for a beach rental house and read the book to get more information on the process.

The book has good info. Some unrealistic numbers but you can adjust it. The info on finding areas is pretty accurate and points out things to look for. My biggest complain is that the website is absolutely ridiculous. There is nothing on there. I was looking forward to downloading the content and it has nothing.
