No assembly. Nice appearance, room warming.
13x32 foot room. Unit does warm it slowly on 1500 watt setting. Maintains it fairly well on 900 watt setting. Quite attractive. We love it. Completely assembled. One drawback, remote will not work unless control panel door is open. Not a big deal.

Small but quality x10
It’s smaller than I expected but the heat it puts out is amazing and the flame is vibrant!I put a glass on top of it and a small TV and it’s perfect 🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I like it. It's unrealistic because it is so small, but it was nice during the winter to have such a cute space heater, with a functional remote. I took a star for it's weird size.

I'm inlove with this!!!
I love this little heater so much! It was much smaller than anticipated but to be so small it puts out so much heat!!! If you buy this I promise you won't regret it!!

Remote
I like the fireplace but the remote don't work. They won't send me a new remote. They wanted me to send the fireplace back. It's very heavy. Why couldn't I just send the remote back and they send me another one... No they won't.

Great little heater.
I love that all I had to do was pull it out of the box. So far all I have had to use was the low heat and it was more than enough.

Bello ma ho dovuto fare il reso
Il caminetto esteticamente è molto bello e riscalda pure bene, l’effetto fiamma è molto bello finché dura. Il mio purtroppo solo per poco più di due mesi di utilizzo totale, dopodiché ho richiesto il reso. Le 5 stelle vanno al supporto clientela che si è comportato davvero bene, segnale di serietà del venditore. Mi è dispiaciuto fare il reso ma purtroppo credo che sia un difetto di questo tipo di luci
