Very good if you are on a diet
First time using and it's a very good product pricey yes but good. The texture is chewy has absolutely no flavour whatever sauces you add will be the Flav but still mild. If you are on a diet must try if not just go for normal noodles.

Suits any stir fry type recipe
Cooking was easy and the stir fry , it turned out , was very tasty. Has a unique jelly like texture and was altogether proved to be a memorable and pleasant culinary experience. The price is high , but will definitely add this to my cooking.

Best noodles if you know how to cook it.
It’s extremely good, I stir fried it turned out to be extremely tasty, it pricy but tasty if you know to cook it. I’ve seen other reviews as well were people mentioned it as rubbery it could be the case with boiled noodles(I didn’t try the boiling) I made the stir fry version on High heat intensity burner turn out to be superb. I rarely eat noodles but when I eat it I prefer the stir fry version, since the this noodles is low in calories it helped me to cut done the calories significantly.

Okay lemme be honest It might be healthy but we all are buying noodles just to satisfy our soul and the taste of bud right *these are like rubber keep chewing keep chewing untill you loose your teeth *no matter how flavorful you made the soup for these noodles it wont absorb completely So attttttt last i just want to say don't buy if you are buying random noodles just for fun or to check out for me i would like to have those aata noodles or maida noodles instead of these 🙃🙃

The texture is not what I expected
If you're someone with problems about textures, please note that this one has a texture of a odd jelly. And it would be a good idea to make them stir fry. I decided to make noodles with broth and dumplings, and the thing I noticed is that the noodles doesn't soak up the taste of the broth. So be cautious before you buy it.

Kuber ka khazana
I was so afraid to try this because I read the positive reviews before buying it and negative reviews after buying it. But I just followed the recipe video given above & the taste was BOMB! I didn’t cook the noodles….just soaked in hot water for 5 minutes till I was preparing the peanut butter sauce & then I just dunked everything together. Also I felt satiated after eating just 1 katori of this which was actually a miracle because when it comes to noodles, I am a volume eater. If you love the texture of sabudana, you will love these noodles. Just don’t overcook them :D

Great noodles
I absolutely loved these noodles. These are a must try. At first, upon opening the packet, the quantity looked so less. So, I decided to throw in lots and lots of veggies in the wok. I didn't boil/cook these noodles. Only took them out of the packet and added to a strainer and washed them thoroughly under running water. Then I just left them to dry out a bit. In the meantime, I sauteed lots of veggies and added chinese sauces to the wok and then added the shirtataki noodles. I only cooked for about 4-5 mins after this stirring continuously..please note that the noodles have absolutely no taste of their own. So we will have to added masala/sauces to develop whatever taste we wish for this dish.. And wolla, these came out as a real delight. These must be really full of fibre as our tummies very much full after having these. One packet is good for one person's serving. Downsides: Price is very high. I experienced few rounds to the washroom the next morning for pooping..seems like these helped me in clearing my bowels. But for a few people, these may not be suitable.

Overall Analysis 👍🏻
One of the best alternatives to traditional wheat noodles I would say. The whole pack has 200gms of konjac noodles and yes it does tastes rubbery & chewy that's because it's made from konjac - which is a root vegetable popular in Asian countries. I find this very fresh & filling . I have paired it with some chicken & spinach . It smells a bit while opening the pack as it was immersed in water but that's not a thing to worry about just rinse under tap water for 1-2mins and you're good to go. Some will find this a drawback that it doesn't come with its condiments but I think it's for the good as no extra calories are consumed. Yes it's a bit heavy on the pocket but consuming it as an afternoon snack is a good option. Don't just ditch the regular rice/roti and shift to this . Rather have the carbs in limit and enjoy everything guilt-free. 😊🤍🌸
