You know that annoying tickle in the back of your throat that comes and goes for no reason? It makes you cough. These lozenges are beyond helpful. Although a little strong I can confidently say that your tickle will be gone. These are great!

Best cough drop. It works. Not sugary like candy. I use the original. Flavored don't work as well.

The BEST cough drop! I get a tickle that goes from my ear to my throat--usually when I am in church! I keep these in my purse and as soon as I feel the tickle I get a cough drop in my mouth and it stops instantly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Every coupla years I get the flu or just a really bad cold. Hey, I'm getting up there in years, and even the best flu shots are typically only 25 to 30% effective. Inevitably, after the cold is over, I get a tickle down my throat that won't go away for weeks. It makes me cough. The coughing makes my throat irritated, which leads to more coughing. If you work in an office, people will think you have tuberculosis when you're hacking all day long. Within about ten seconds of using one of these, the tickle is gone, and the cough reflex stops. If there's one of those sudden 'fits' of coughing that won't let up, it might taken twenty or thirty seconds for it to get to work. But work it does. It CEASES the cough as long as you're working one. Problem is, it's not infinite. You have to keep feeding these over and over throughout the day to keep from coughing, or you get distracted and start coughing again and start working a new one. The worse problem is, frankly, they taste pretty terrible. It's the nature of the beast. It's a big old lump of Menthol with a little tiny bit of sugar to dampen it - ultimately not what you'd call a gourmet experience. But that's not what they're for. They are intended to stop a cough. And that they do better than any other lozenge or cough suppressant money can buy. This big box of them is a huge money saver. I looked it up, when I was buying them at the local drugstore, a 40 count two pack like this box contains would cost about $3.50. These after tax are about $2.00 per 40 count. I went through two boxes of these this past month and a half. That means if I'd bought them at the drugstore, I'd have paid about $84. With these, $52.50. Can't argue with that.
