Westinghouse Retro Kettle never worked! Not happy!
This Westinghouse expensive Kettle never worked. Light never came on when clicked . I bought the kettle for my new kitchen and made the mistake of only trying it when my kitchen was ready (unfortunately, long after the return period expired). When you pay GBP 65 for a Kettle, you expect it to work and certain standards to be met. Toaster worked fine but left with no kettle! Not a happy customer and no means to return it back!

Looks great
This kettle looks great and good value for similar products. Only downside is that it isn’t as quiet as I thought.

Poor materials
Had to throw away after one year. The materials used are poor. The kettle had rust on the rim, just beneath the lid and we couldn’t remove it. This isn’t limescale, it’s rust. Would not buy again.

Does not work.
All materials look great, inside is metal. But the power button is flimsy plastic - why?Well, it doesn't matter as this stylish kettle did not work right out of the box. Disappointed.

Disappointing but pretty
Really disappointed. The power button is loose and wonky. And it takes forever to boil. It looks pretty. But not suitable for the odd cup of tea as it needs to take a lot of water
