Babies butt has never been smoother; challenging to squeeze out last bit of cream when getting low
We bought this because the hospital had them and we have loved them. Our babies butt is super soft and she’s never had a rash. Fragrance free. The only difficult part is squeezing out the last bit of cream; comparable to a tube of toothpaste and trying to get the last of the paste out while keeping baby still.

Great product
I use this for my little one’s diaper changes! It was what was sent home with us from the hospital so we decided to stick with the same for him. We love it! Great consistency and the tube is easy to use

Must have!
Love this stuff. I started using this in the NICU. It was the brand and exact tube they used. It isn't too greasy or hard to get off your hands. It creates a great barrier for my babies bottom. My boys are 5 month and, fingers crossed, have never had diaper Rash. I would have given it 5 stars except when you get to the empty side of things it's a little hard to get out.

Smells like wheel bearing grease
Smells like petroleum, like axle grease. Other petroleum jelly doesn’t smell like this

Expiration date
I cannot find an expiration date anywhere on the tube. I believe this product is supposed to have an expiration date on it.

It is good stuff for sure
Our son was in the NICU for the first week of his life and they used this during diaper changes to prevent rashes. It is good stuff for sure!
