I normally don't write reviews but this product is beyond my expectation. It is well made, high qualitied, beautifully designed, and super fun to use. The green module has the perfect level of balance for using with standing desk. I already saw an improvement in my leg and glute strength after only a few days of using it. I highly recommend this product!

This board is well made and easy to set up. I am currently using it at work with my strand up desk. For over a year I've used wobble discs so I figured that I'd be using the medium or hard insert. But I followed the advice given and started with the easy insert. While my knees, ankles, and core don't feel like they're getting much of a workout at this level, I have noticed that my feet are getting a much tougher workout. I can tell it is still affecting the other muscle groups as other exercises have gotten easier, but I am still surprised at how much stronger my base is for everything I do. I can't wait to move up to the next level as I expect I will begin seeing even more benefits as I progress.

I was a bit worried that I'd find this too hard to do; that I'd fall off and injure myself. I was also worried that it might be another little exercise device that ends up in a cupboard or behind a chair...but I was really pleased to first of all find that it was really easy and enjoyable on the low settings - then pretty quickly I could move to the more challenging levels. Never felt unsafe at any time because at worst you might kind of stumble off it (make sure you have some space around you) and just sort of step off. In terms of whether I'll keep using it - well, so far I'm sort of addicted to it haha. I find that I can just do 5 to 10 minutes here and there. I think I will keep it going because it's enjoyable and easy but I can certainly feel it working out my muscles too and building strength. My balance has improved very considerably after just a week or so. It arrived well packaged, it's very nicely manufactured, sturdy and very well thought out. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to improve core strength & balance.
