I bought this essential oil to add it to my hand made soaps. It ruined the whole batch of soap!It accelerated trace and the smell wasn’t pleasant.It comes in a plastic bottle! I’ve never bought essential oils in plastic bottles! Pure essential oils should be kept inAmber glass bottles to avoid chemical reactions and to protect the oils from light and heat!So disappointed!

I have been an aromatherapist for over 38 years. Out of curiosity, I wanted to try this product. It was the lowest priced among the listings on Amazon. You get what you pay for. The bottle was packaged in a beautiful box, which impressed me. Upon opening the box the bottle was wet/oily and the base of the box was soiled. The secure lid was tight so I was confused. When I took off the lid and place the dropper on, it didn't fit properly and the oil leaked. Plus, the smell was like a rancid tracer oil. NO HINT of grapefruit at all. Amazon gave me a refund and I tossed out the oil and bottle. I also tried to contact the phone number included in the packaging and no one returned my call. Also, the company's phone number on the bottle goes to Canada under the auspices of a real estate company.An ODD and frustrating situation here.

Really disappointed in this, the dripper leaks a bunch so you can’t carry it anywhere without it dripping and the smell is so weak you open it and put your nose in the bottle and barely smell lavender. Was trying to use it to scent some lotion and it did nothing at all no matter how much I added. Super bummed

I thought this price was amazingly good and it would have been if it were full of clary sage of any quality. It smells like carrier oil. Either it's very diluted or bad quality.

Product is >50% glycerine. Drop some in water and half floats and half sinks.Since the package says 100% rose oil, what else are they lying about?

Nice package, good box, well-padded inside plus padded envelope. Great size for the price. Will probably last me for years if not decades for home use. BUT...when I opened the box, there was a ring of plastic around the neck of the bottle below the cap (see photo), like a safety wrap that had already been broken and the top thrown away. No APPARENT issues, but isn't that safety wrap there for a reason. Tampered with?
