Excellent remote, worked immediately with no phaffing about, perfect replacement for my original that had stopped working. However, it was posted to me in a thin polythene bag that had zero padding or protection. Sheer luck that it arrived undamaged.

I've had this remote for nearly 2 years and it is working very well even though my clumsy kiddos keep dropping it.

Have been using these remotes for a number of weeks and they seem good and robust. These replaced the TV supplied remotes and so far I am happy with them. Nice to be able to choose the buttons depending on the services I use. This product has all required buttons.

We had nowt wrong with our remote, just wanted an extra remote so we could have one each. Helps when either of us nods off etc.Remote came, it is exactly the same as the one we already had, including the long number on the bottom left of remote.All we had to do was insert our own batteries and it was up and running. Works just as good as the original.
