These take a bit of wear to break in but are a good stable comfortable hiking shoe now thatthey've been worn some.

This is a great looking shoe. I got these for my husband. They are lightweight but give his foot good support. The upper has fabric that is breathable. The shoe is ‘clad’ to give water and dust proof wear. There is a good arch support built in and the shoe collar itself is padded and comfortable. The tongue of the shoe doesn’t curl or sink into the shoe as it is reinforced and water repellent. He works outside and the tread is great in wet or muddy conditions. These shoes have been very durable. Keen quality is evident here!

The KEEN Wasatch sneakers are a lot more comfortable than I was expecting. The laces are also easy to tie and stay tied. There's a teeny bit more room than I'm used to in my size, but it's fine. I also love the way it looks from the sides and back, but it actually looks kind of ugly head on. No matter. It's super comfortable and my feet feel stable and very well protected during regular walks on pavement or on dirt trails. Not too heavy either.
