The setup is really easy and controlling it was so easy. The value of the price is AMAZING, connectivity WAS EXCELLENT!!! I was a state away from home and it still works!!! But some areas in your house may not be great with connection. There a WiFi icon and It displays whenever it’s weak or strong. Camera quality WAS SO GOOD if you’re looking for clear live videos I would recommend this robot. Overall it’s AMAZING!

Other than a little trouble going over the strip between the carpet and hardwood areas, this is awesome! We didn't even get it for pets, we got it so my kids could interact with me now that they've all moved out. They can see me, I can't see them, but we can talk to each other. So much more fun than a phone call, and I like the security of them being able to check on me

Download the app to control and have access toTaking pics and manually stroll around. ItAlso self- travels and goes back to charging station. It does not detect stairs so it often tumbles down and needs assistance . Recommend a bumper to avoid it from rolling down the stairs.

My partner and I love this little guy! I work from home so when she goes on lunch break she just logs in and comes to say hi and its so cute! The video quality is surprisingly good too! Great value 10/10 no problems so far.

Super fun to have around the house, controls take a little getting used to but over great product.

I wanted to like this camera, especially with a new puppy at home. Hubby works from home, and we wanted to try a camera since he will be returning back in person in about a month. Didn't even use the camera an entire week before things went downhill. Order the camera on the 6th with 2-day prime. Item was delivered and set-up (connected to home wi-fi) on the 8th. Thought the robot had a play mode separate from me operating the device, it does not, but It's something I could look past. My dog seemed to enjoy it. First hiccup besides the manual play mode, it always had trouble returning to base, not sure if it was the connection but we always had to pick it up and manually but it back on the charger. (FYI it's located in the same room as my home router). Second hiccup, it would randomly come off the base and spin in circles saying its name. Kind of creepy, but when I checked the app the camera did require an update. Around the third\ fourth night, it started coming off base and driving around the kitchen at 2am. Which will startle the hell out of anyone. By the fifth day our puppy loved chasing the robot and knocks it over and over again while playing. The weighted robot always lands back on his feet which is great. But then the unimaginative happens; while playing with the robot our puppy flipped it over and started chewing on the rubber strip that gives it grip to move across the floor. Hubby was working and could hear the dog was struggling with something in his mouth. He checks (glad he did) and pulls out the rubber strip that was once covering the wheels from our dogs throat. Now, I'm not sure how long pup was chewing on wheels, but this should not have happened. And I'm not talking about a big dog, he's a 6lb Shih Tzu. Like I said I wanted to like this camera, but it failed miserably!!
