Does the job

I bought this product because it sounded so promising. However, after consuming it for a couple of times, I had to stop as it was causing me stomach distress. Each time I took it (the initial dosage is 20-22 pills each time, 3 times a day),I experienced heartburn. I am already on Prilosec as I have a hiatal hernia that causes acid reflux, and the prilosec has been able to control my symptoms very well. However, taking these pills brought them right back again. Perhaps I might be able to reduce the symptoms if I took fewer pills each time, but then I may not be able to realize the full benefits if I did. This product might be effective, but my stomach can't handle it. If I had to choose between more youthful looking skin or not experiencing intense abdominal pain and discomfort, the choice is pretty obvious. I hope the manufacturer's will be able to come up with a formula that is gentler on the stomach.

Didn't see much of a difference and for some reason this product gave me headaches I had to discard it after using it for almost two mths (off and on)

I thought these pills sounded interesting also. Like the last reviewer I was concerned it might upset my stomach. I take 10 pills (tiny) 4X a day and I think it might be working. I've noticed the skin on my face is plumper. The way I take it I'm not having any stomach upset. Before I started taking Toki I read the research online. The hyaluronic acid, collagen, and elastin in Toki could be helping the tendons, arteries, heart muscles and other parts of my body. I've taken the pills for 3-4 weeks and plan on continuing for a couple of months longer to see if I can see a difference. Maybe I'll increase the dose. I wish it wasn't so expensive.

They seem to have taken the coating off the pill, so you can't swallow them easily at all. I have been buying these now for about 20 years, and will never buy they again. Whatever they did to them, I choke on them now... can't swallow them. They didn't even tell us what they did... just sent them out.

Impossible to get 30 of these down a day

Didn't like! Are you kidding me (30) tiny pills 3 times a day!
