I was having problems with bloating and constipation. I tried several similar products. This product works the best. Worth every penny!

The gum is really easy to take and it tastes good. The only downside that I found out later is that it only contains Bifidobacterium. It doesn’t have lactobacillus strain, not ideal if you are lactose intolerant.

I have purchased these 7 times. Worth the price as I've tried lower priced prebiotic and probiotic supplements that do not have the same effect. I really think this brand helps my gut so much that I don't crave foods and am able to control my food intake better.

My husband uses these. They help with his gut health.
