Doesn't work, created more issues with the car

Installed the sensor as I had a single code for a defective upstream O2 sensor for my Mazda 3. Once installed, the codes were cleared and went for a test drive. The rpm randomly started dropping so drove home and read the codes again to find over 50 different error codes. The part is either defective or incorrect even though the part number of both the old and new parts is the same. Don't know how to contact the seller directly, will process return/refund if I don't hear back. Very disappointed
