I'm 1 day past being able to return this. I couldn't figure out at 1st why my scooter wasn't working. Today I finally tested the charger I just bought 31 days ago and although it's labeled as 24v it only puts out 12. Super disappointed.******UPDATE******The company is wonderful in resolving issues. They issued a refund they were not obligated to, right away. They then proceeded to go above and beyond by sending me a new charger, free of charge. They've proven to me that they know they have a good product. Good customer service these days is very rare. For this company to not only have GREAT customer service with a reliable product. I would recomend them to everyone. They've also followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Their customer service is fantastic! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

I mean, it worked for the mini bike. It charges like a charger should.

To be honest, I don’t even know why this is on Amazon. It’s just a scam doesn’t work.

The power cable that plugs into the Adapter connection plug was too large to fit into the adapter. It would make the charger useless unless I had another power cable on hand. Which I did. That is why I am not returning it. It does charge the hover board nicely.
