I have used this for several desserts and I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s not overly sweet, but it’s very rich. The oil usually separates and requires you to mix it to get it to the right consistency. I’ve found that if you put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, it’s much easier to mix and then spoon out of the jar or spread on things.

Good great spread, does separate so you have to make sure it is mixed well. Pretty sweet but does have pistachio chunks in it.

I bought this to make the Dubai chocolate bar. I've never had pistachio spread before, but this was really good. I wish the jar was a little bigger because I felt like the bar could have been a little creamier, but since that was my first attempt at making one, it came out good.

Not what I expected but it tastes great. It's very thin/runny even after stirring thoroughly. It's also very sweet and it doesnt have the signature green color we expect. Its light brown. I dont mind the color, texture, or sweetness but I wont use it to make the Dubai chocolates.

I liked the nutty flavor, but it tastes EXTREMELY SWEET to the point i felt sick eating it. It was also not vegan like listed and is terrible. Contains skimmed milk which though is labeled non dairy? Rating 5 , so you will see this . This was the worst pistachio butter ever. Increadibly over sweet, and is not vegan like listed, infact contains milk , and vegetable oil. This is not vegan, tastes terrible, and is WAYY too sweet. For this price, I would never buy this EVER AGAIN. This is most likely the WORST EVER PISTACHIO BUTTER. And since it contains milk, I stored it in a cold place, just to find that it has to be stirred every 24 hours. WHEN I BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS, I EXPECT EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS. NOT CHEAP PRODUCTS IN A JAR PLEASE!

It’s good, but not my favorite. The texture is smooth, and the sweetness is nice, but the pistachio flavor was a little more subtle than I hoped for. Still a solid treat, especially if you’re into lighter spreads or want something unique to drizzle on desserts or toast. Would I finish the jar? Absolutely. Would I reorder? Maybe, but I’ve had others I liked more. Good, just not love at first spoonful for me.
