Hard to push it back down without feeling like I was going to break the pole or eyelet
Waites about 2 weeks to write this review, I wanted to get out and use and abuse it a few times before doing a write up. This pole is fantastic to keep in you car. Take up little to no room when collapsed. The tip is very sensitive and.can detect the smallest of bites. I was worried with it collapsing the tip would not be sensitive enough and that was not the case at all. The reel is nice quality, cast and reels in super smooth! All in all for the price and what you are getting you cannot beat it. Great if you want to keep a pole in your car at all times! I highly recommend this pole!!

Reliable and fun
This fishing rod is amazing. I got it for a California trip I was about to go on. It fit in my backpack perfectly. Super easy to take on a plane. Used it for several days on a oceanside pier. Not rust at all. Would definitely get another rod.

Great spare rod
I use it for finesse fishing for bass. Little flimsy and the sometimes the guides get uncentered, but overall it’s a decent spare rod and I don’t regret buying it.

Solid rod and reel combo!
Great bang for the buck!First cast and I pulled in a 12lb catfish. Great drag adjustment.Next day up the river, trout and smallmouth every single cast.It’s a great lightweight package and seems well made.

My wife loves it
My wife needed a new fishing pole. So I thought she should try this one. Worked well she caught 10 fish so far and enjoyed using it. Light weight. Will definitely buy again.
