Horrible Experience - Avoid Aquaultra Water Purifier
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Aquaultra water purifier and I strongly advise others not to purchase this product. The purifier started leaking water due to a faulty valve. When I reached out to their warranty department, expecting assistance, I was shocked to hear that they were helpless and advised me to call a plumber. I don’t understand why a plumber should be responsible for fixing a faulty machine that was sent to me.To make matters worse, they claim that their 1-year warranty only covers the water pump, which is of no real benefit to the customer. This company clearly doesn't care about maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers or gaining referrals.I will never buy from Aquaultra again, nor would I ever recommend their products to anyone. Please take this review as a warning and stay as far away from this company as possible.

Output is not like normal
Working well.Assembly is easy only 2 screws holds the whole unitCapacity is 8.5 litres but unit cannot hold if it is filled fully.The screws may come out or after few months plastic will break.Be careful don't fill fully or use bottom stand for support.Water quality is ok but it is not like normal RO waterFilters are of low qualityWater is showing more acidic so the what the say as copper filter is not copper.Don't believe that it will be 100% RO water.

Filter replacement
The water filter was not working.blocked and water was not coming to the other side. sub standard not working filter.thinking of requesting replacement of filter.please suggest the supplier address. Will send the defective item (filter one of the the three fitted in the machine.RO purifier not yet installed.pl suggest the supplier address and arrange for return and replace with new filter. Urgent action is requested.P.vaiyapuri.

Value for money product
The water purifier is compact and offers good quality for the price. Similar purifiers in offline stores are much more expensive. It comes with all the necessary parts for installation, and if someone knows how to install it, they can easily do it themselves, as the parts are simple to assemble. However, the stand for the purifier needs to be purchased separately. The only issue I encountered with my purifier was a leaking tap, which I replaced with a separate one.thank you
