Heat dissipation is good and cooks fast on my range compared to the old one this set replaced. I have used all 5 of them to test, works really well. Cleaning was a breeze too.The marking inside makes it real easy to decide on portions when cooking.The disappearing center in the pan is a good indicator when making eggs.

I bought the pan set because i thought Jamie Oliver has endorsed them so they must be up to scratch. I wasn't wrong. They are absolutely fantastic. I wish i had these years ago. They cook evenly - you wait for the egg timer in the middle of the frying pan to disappear then they are ready. You can cook without fat if you want. I accidently left a frying pan on a low heat for around two hours and nothing happened to the pan (or my house!). I wouldn't reccomend anyone trying this out but i was amazed that the pan didn't catch light or burn. The saucepans are just as brilliant. Easy to use and clean. The whole set always look good. There are the occassional marks but that was probably because i had the wrong size flame underneath.

Love them. Seem really well built and work perfect on our new lg induction range. Not much noise at all so they must be good quality.

I have a set of these already so knew they’d be good. These ones don’t have the silicone handle insert which I kind of liked but they’re still good quality. The glass lids are a lot better and there are marking inside for measuring which can be helpful. The lids have holes in the inside rim to help with straining, this is also a useful feature and the pouring ‘spout’ on the side of the pan has helped me to create less mess while cooking!

At the time of this review we haev been using these pots and pans for about a year. We have ZERO issue with things sticking. Eggs were always a problem with previous pans we had but this set is amazing. Heating, cooking, cleaning are all top tier. We have had more expensive sets that made bold claims but none can touch this set.Keep in mind that we are not professional chefs but we also don't cook everything on high. These pots and pans will work for you if you use them properly. Read your recipes and cook with the appropriate temps and times and this set should last you a long time.10/10. Highly recommend.
