Finally after returning 2 other sets, I finally found the perfect fit. Remember that if you get the smaller gauge number, it means it's thicker and will not fall out. I recalled that after the other two sets arrived and were then returned. I ordered the 4mm because I like it to show since I am an entertainer. With that said, I now have the perfect fit.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I loved mine. However if you want it really small I say go a size down.

I bought these L’s a bit ago and i finally got to use them there really easy to put in, and there comfortable to have in, the piercing size i got was obviously perfect for my piercing but a issue i do have is the diamond is a bit on the bigger side so it does come out my nose quite often. Its a slippery issue if you will. Other than that these are great for show not really everyday use!
