I don't know the dimensions. thought they ought to be on their website. But it very much depends what you fill it with and to what capacity. Not too full, and able to squash it, it should fit under the seat. I'm guessing and I would be taking that chance if it was my decision. Including my laptop in there, in its fitted department.
