Direct fit for 15 year old tub.
I have a 15 year old spa tub and the motor went out. After doing research, I found out that the pump was no longer being produced. So I went with this pump, after about 15 minutes the pump was in and running like a dream, much quieter as well. The reason for the long install is that after all my cussing and calling the pump everything but a pump, I realized the coupling was not squaring up with the inlet. Hahaaha. No complaints here at all. Defiantly would by again, just hope its in another 15 years.

Very Strong
Took me less than 10 minutes to take out the old motor and put in the new one. Runs really well. Very powerful.

Not the same
We had to replace our pump after 20 years of regular use. This pump is advertised as being the correct replacement. It is definitely not the same. My plumber had some issues swapping the pumps as this one is a different size. This pump does not have the same power as our old one… it’s actually frustrating how weak the jets are now….

Perfect Replacement
The pump on my American Standard whirlpool died. The model number of the pump on my whirlpool was 752538-300. This model is a perfect replacement for that model number. The pump is a little longer on the one side, but I had no space constraints. Once installed, the pump fired right up when turned on. No leaks, no issues.

my plumber was a tad skeptical that this would be the right part to replace my 10 year old pump from my American Standard Whirlpool bathtub.... but was totally thrilled that it was perfect! So much cheaper than the American Standard website.... and yes it is a tad bigger than the original but didn't hinder the installation.... can't recommend enough!

Even thought all the numbers matched for this pump with the one that quit the jets do not run as fast as the old pump.the flow of water does not come out as fast so it does not make the water flow and give the all over good feeling.Maybe the lower price was not as good bargain as paying the higher price
