This is the real OEM Part and wanted to credit the seller
This is the real OEM -As soon as my mechanic installed in my pretty 2013 Elantra - Just to let the community know this is the real OEM .Started instantly and check light went off.Symptoms of bad crank sensor - difficult starts in weak mode with no Tachometer.I had put in neutral and restarted and driven normally but condition became worse and I had this part ready !Mechanic installed - problem gone .This is the OEM at a great price compared to dealer .

Worked perfect on my 2013 Elantra GLS
Car had started to have intermittent issues where starting the vehicle took longer than normal and once started the RPM's were reading zero even though the engine was running. This is a surefire symptom of a bad crank sensor on this car so ordered this part. Hardest part of the repair was detaching the wire harness connector from the plug and the strain relief clip that holds the wire harness securely in place. Removal / installation of the sensor itself was easy. Be sure that the old o-ring is still attached to the removed original sensor. The o-ring usually stays stuck in the mounting hole and will cause clearance problems for the new senor if you leave it there. Car has been running for 2 months now with this new sensor without any recurrence of the original problem.

Replacement of Crankshaft Position Sensor
I appreciate that the part came in relatively quickly (alternative from Hyundai Buy Direct would have been about a week later). The part was also inexpensive (Hyundai Buy Direct OEM was $178 before shipping). I replaced it myself due to engine stalling, rough idling, and difficult starts. So far, it fits perfectly and it’s working with no dash lights, stalls, or other problems to speak of. It’s been two days so far without a stall. If something happens I’ll report. First photo is my old one (9 years, 100k+ miles) and the second is the ordered part fresh out the bag).

Saved me hundreds and did the job.
So my car started to randomly stall but it didn’t think anything of it. Then it got worse about 2 months later and it would stall when I was at a stop light, slowing down, backing up, decelerating, or in a drive through. Even worse after I started the car backup after it stalled the RPM wouldn’t move and I’d have to shut the car off to fix it. Finally, a check engine light came on, went to autozone who told me this was the part causing the issue. Got some quotes and was going to cost $300 to $400 to fix it. I YouTubed several videos on how to do it and it seemed easy enough. Then I was on the hunt for the part and found it here for a third of the cost anywhere else. The part did come in a bag with a Kia label but the part matched the old one to a tee, and would you know it, my car has been running amazing. I even fee that it accelerates faster than before. Thank you for saving me some cash during a tough time. Part worked in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS.

“ Hard Start “
I replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor of my 2017 Hyundai Elantra , because I experienced and observed my car while driving a “ Sudden or Quick brake by the car itself, then the car keep moving and it seems the engine lack of power and the ( ESC ) Electronic Stability Control or the skidding car indicator light was “ON” on the cluster/ car front display.Observed my car: Hard start, stalling and lack of power.I used my BlueDriver scanner from Amazon plugged to OBD socket of the car , then I confirmed it the trouble, bluetooth connection to the phone and display the CODE. Solved the problem: Changed Crankshaft Position Sensor with All (4) Four New spark plugs. It’s easy to install by yourself if you search the proper way and guide,How to Install. I Hope it will HELP … Have a good day! God bless.

Good Part, the leads are a little short.
I couldn't believe the price for an original equipment part. It was great! it was the correct one for the car. It was a little tough to put in , just because the wires were about one half of an inch short. I couldn't clip the wire back into their proper positions. The part was fine and the connectors fit perfect. the wires were just short. The part worked great in the car and fixed the poor starting problem.
