From the box to the assembly to the lamp: just plain simple and very useful. This is a great design and out of the box it works!20 x 10 foot room may need two of these but I am only using one. I like the soft diffuse lighting and also lamp can till. Wallwashing the ceiling and the wall at the same time. Note: the Torchiere lamp comes with a remote and each lamp has hand controls as well.

I use two of these in my 25 foot ceiling living room to reflect light off of the ceiling. These lamps work very well for diffusing light in a large space and even have a very cool night light mode. I have paired both of my lamps to one remote for easy control and they respond instantly to the same button presses which is a nice touch. There are easy modes to click including my favorite a "coffee mug" mode that sets a bright warm light. My only improvement for this item would be to include the night light mode on the remote for easy control.Pros: Bright, multiple light color from cold to warm, night light mode, sturdy design and easy to set up.Cons: Shorter for tall vaulted ceilings.

This is a very smart lamp. Plenty of variable options in both color and brightness, plus presets. The remote is a very smart inclusion. You can adjust the look in the room without even getting up.The lamp itself has a small footprint so it’s not intrusive and it’s GREAT for a small office or apartment.This product was well thought out. Has thoughtful features. Easy to assemble.

The media could not be loaded.  Pro: The product was well packagedCon: UNABLE TO ASSEMBLE !!! What shld be a simple assembly was unmanageable simply due to the poles placed incorrectly when wired at factory. - Two "Female" ends place together & two "Male" ends together making it impossible to connect. (Maybe 🤔 the factory workers were bored & needed to be that Prankster for April Fool's Day)- Pipes are skinny: 3/4" thick.- Hight may reach my shouldersOrdered replacement.Office has very poor lighting. Hoping the adversity of brightness & types of lighting changes that.TO BE DETERMINED:......9/03/2023 Customer service reached out immediately 👍. Re-sent & received in 2 days. Thank you. 5 months has gone by. WORKS GREAT!!! Lights up entire room during day. This really reduces eye stress caused when working long hours at computer screen. With multiple modes, not only can you adjust the BRIGHTNESS level, the type of light may be adjusted. From a Yellow, Natural, White to a Soft Blue.There is also a dimmer used for night reading. As stated, this was for office so as far as DECOR, it looks like a "stick" in the corner. Thin and short. FUNCTIONALITY: Easy assembly. Ease of use. Very pleased with the outcome.

I was initially a bit skeptical as to whether it was worth the price. However, I feel like I got more than my money’s worth now. Excellent product overall. The remote is very useful. The different lighting features are terrific.

It was easy to assemble and I love the weighted base.I do wish it was a few inches taller so you didn't see the top of it when standing at the other side of the room, but I understand this is the generic size that everyone does.The top tilts from side to side. I'd thought it rotated, but it doesn't matter for me, the tilt works fine.It *did* come with 2 AAA batteries. They were dead. I recommend having your own.As other reviewers have mentioned, the remote is confusing and so are the buttons on the lamp. But, it is explained in the manual.I do love the amount of brightness you can get.I specifically bought this because other people said they used it with a switched outlet or a smart plug. I wanted to use it with a smart plug. I'm very dissapointed. It does kind-of work with the smart plug. The smart plug will turn it on and off. BUT, it doesn't hold the light setting that it was at. So, each time it turns on, I have to go find the remote and change the light to be the setting I want. That wasn't what I wanted at all and it's very frustrating!

I bought these for a basement, that has no windows. They are great. They make it so bright and I dont feel as though I’m in a cave.
