Good parts! Great Instructions!
I hate plumbing! When the apparatus inside the toilet tank goes on the fritz, I used to replace the one trouble part. No more. I follow the included instructions in this kit. Yes, it means removing the tank. At first I didn't like that idea. But I tried it. It is soooo much easier to make repairs. The kit includes all the washers, nuts, bolts, and parts you will need. The instructions are accurate and easy to follow. Pull out all the stuff. Put in new parts. Check for leaks. I can do this in under 30 minutes while double and triple checking my work and the instructions. Fantastic!

This part is exactly what I needed to fix my constantly running toilet rather than replacing the entire thing. Special thanks to the guy with the video who made that process even easier.Docked a star because of the shipping— I paid extra to get this early because it’s a discontinued part as far as I can tell, and couldn’t easily figure out what was a compatible one. The receipt is clearly labeled “Amazon Drop Ship” and somehow didn’t come with my apartment number, resulting in UPS being unable to deliver until I called, navigated through the phone system and got a robot to understand the difference between ‘b’ and ‘d’ without being able to use the phonetic alphabet. This was the only portion of my order that was delayed— the stuff that came via Amazon trucks was all here over 24hrs before this box arrived, and every single one had my complete address on it.So, to the drop shipper; update your system or something so that you get more than the first 25 characters of the address (yes I counted) because mine isn’t a particularly long one.

To get it lined up, you just have to twist it.
Worked great

Exactly Like the Origninal. Pay Attention to the Original Valve Configuration
Old American Standard 7381091-400.0070A Dual Flush Valve had begun to leak at the bottom of the tank/flapper location. This part was an exact replacement. No instructions, I guess they figure we know what we are doing (heh).Consider replacing tank bolts (and rubber washers) with new, or at least having a set on hand if the old ones come out in poor condition (mine were fine). Who needs another run to the hardware store when the job is almost done?Take a photo of the unit from the top before removing the tank, noting location of blue/white buttons, and fill tower orientation.Remove the tank, and set it in a safe location (ensure it is not going to drop on the floor and shatter). Remove the faulty flush valve unit. You might have to horse it a bit, and a large pipe wrench came in handy to get that large nut off at the bottom. Keep the old unit on hand to twist and turn the adjustable base of the new unit to match the old one. The twisting aligns the fill tower to the correct 'matching' location. (I was holding one in one hand, and one in the other, twisting the new one and comparing the fill tower and buttons). After tweaking the new unit to match the old, align it up to match your photos and screw it in tightly to the bottom of the tank. Spend the time to do this correctly. Reinstall the tank and done!

Received Broken Flush Valve. Buyers Beware!!!
Got around to swapping my old dual flush valve for this new one I ordered and I find that the I received a broken value on one of the sides as you can see in the pictures attached. After I installed it, noticed it wasn't stable and tight as the old flush valve. Had already took the old one out so couldn't just return and wait for a new one again so I had to improvise and take the area of the new valve that wasn't broken and swap out the broken part in my old valve. Expected better quality since I had ordered the part from the manufacture amazon page and not some off brand replacement. Would have definitely returned had I caught the broken part of the valve before I had removed my old one out

Seems ok, no documentation included
Arrived in good condition, relatively easy to install with plumbing knowledge. Seems to be good quality and correct fit but will update if slow leak starts again. Came with NO packaging and NO documentation or installation guide of any kind which is why I rated three stars. The page description says a manual is provided but that was not true. Will increase stars if it continues to work over time.
