Looks Good and Relieable
Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. I bought this for me to learn how to do pull ups and improve my grip strength but my brother were interested in it as well. My brothers are on the bigger side --between 250 to 325 pounds, and they've been able to do pull-ups and hang on it until they're arms give out, basically anything you can do with a bolted/ pull up bar, without any issues. It looks really slick. Fits right under the door frame, which is super convenient, but if you're tall like my brothers, be prepared to get cozy with the ceiling when you get up. It's a small trade-off considering how solidly built and affordable this thing is.The quality is outstanding. Its sturdy as heck, even when my brothers are really going at it to test it before hanging on it (who wouldn't) it didn't budge at all. Installation was a breeze after I picked the instructions out of the trash like I always do. No tools or expertise to get it up securely.Honestly, for the price, this pull-up bar feels like a steal. Perfect for anyone who needs something reliable for home workouts, especially if you've got bigger folks in the mix.

Great product.
Great product for a great price. Not as intuitive to assemble as I had hoped (have a chair or step ladder ready), but still relatively easy to set up. It comes with bubble alignment and once it's set up, it's super solid and the grip is nice and comfortable. Definitely recommendable.

Does the job well, holds up, wish it just adjusted a bit easier
I wish it was easier to get it to cling and move about. I like to use different heights for different calisthenic exercises, and it works great for those positions. It's wide enough that it fits an opening that has no door stop or trim, and the sides are load bearing and structural, so I'm not afraid of breaking something. But it does make the frame groan a bit if I tighten it too much.It can take my weight and even me standing on it and jumping a bit. So far, I expect it to hold up well and I trust it. I also expect to have to clean the frame every now and then to keep it smooth as well as the surface of the grip, all to keep the friction up. It hasn't left any marks yet and I've not managed to get it to fail without loosening it. While it takes some time to adjust to different heights, it's easier to use, can travel with me and definitely stores easier than a pull up stand.

Chinup bar review.
Very sturdy and stays put. East to install. I recommend it.

Great for thick wall homes
It is very nice and sturdy. I'm very specific with my wants and this one worked out nicely although I like to do wide grip pull ups and this one is a shorter grip. It works well because my doorways are way too thick for anything else

High quality
Fits in my doorframe and is super sturdy. I use it all the time. I weigh 140lbs and it only fell once when I didn’t tighten it enough.

Titrate up the tension, or break your frame
Works as advertised. I'm 300 lbs and it supports the entire movement just fine, even at the end of the drop. The problem is that you will have to be careful and TITRATE THE TENSION UP because if you are using this on a wooden door frame, you will crack it if not careful!I put this on a metal frame and it kept rolling even when the metal bars started to bend! So slowly test the tension and don't over do it, or you will crack some wood.Ideally this part should be foolproof so -1 stars. Also, once installed, the main bar has some slack. So you kinda need to roll them toward you before pullup, or away from you before a chin up. So another -1 stars. But no assembly required is quite refreshing for once... and otherwise a good product.
