It's easy to use, we charged it and used it right away. It's not silent but quiet enough to not scare a baby, we turned it on a minute before putting it on him so he's used to the sound. The vacuum is not strong but works well enough to collect the big hairs, but there will be small hairs falling so better use a bib or something. Overall we're satisfied with the product.

Great product. Works well, well made, and quiet. Vacuum doesn’t really work well but that’s okay. Instruction manual in Mandarin (Chinese) no English or others.

Silent, good quality - my baby didn’t feel a thing

Received the box without the bib and manual. Hair stuck inside and difficult to clean. Regret I didn't try early and can't return.

We wanted to shave our newborn head and was hesitant to go to saloon since baby is so prone to infections so we got this tool and it worked in less than 10 mins we were done. We took 10 mins as we are very cautious.
