Bonjour, comme vous pouvez le constater sur la photo, le colis a été envoyé sans emballage avec l'étiquette d'envoi présente sur le carton !De plus, le cordon, pour alimenter l'appareil est absent.Ayant mon cordon d'ordinateur s'adaptant sur l'appareil je l'ai branché ,mais la boule ne fonctionne pas.Merci de bien me contacter et de faire le nécessaire .CordialementMme Eymery Christelle
