How long will it take the refund to be credited to my bank account?
The item I received is not working at all so I refunded immediately. It take a long time to complete the process of refund. now I’m still waiting for it.

Does the trick
I purchased this one as a replacement for a different model that broke within a few jobs. I use it with my diode laser cutter/engraver. It does the job with only slight smell of the materials being cut. The only comment I'd make at the point is that the power knob, which is a rotary type, takes a number of full turns to get tup to the 100% fan speed.

Amazing customer service
(Updated review)purchased the machine wich did not work and had problems with the filters, contacted customer service with my issue and they went beyond my expectations. Now I’m waiting for the replacement and hope to make future purchases from this company.

Bad power cables
2nd extractor 2nd set of now working power cables. Needed to buy elsewhere. But of a joke

Don’t buy it!
It just doesn’t work at all, I plugged in and the machine has no reaction, even the power light is not on…… so I sent it back straightaway for refund…..

Cheap rubbish
Arrived with broken hose made out of cheap poor plastic, not flexible at all , sent back for a refund. Unit seems okay let down by hose
