what shoul be the thickness of the loop

It looks like a thin headphone cable that wraps around your neck. Keep it on if the ear piece gets stuck in your ear canal and you have to go to the clinic, because it buzzes and squeaks constantly if they get like 5 feet apart. Bad enough having it stuck in your head without it screaming inside you the whole time.

does it have play pause skip and previous track buttons?
