Worked perfectly.
Great taste. Make a vegan variant of a malai kofta & used crumbled cheese as the filling. The cheese melted nicely. It handled like regular dairy mozzarella. Worth the buy!

Worst Product.
Don't go for it. It doesn't even melted on 250⁰C. My Pizza base has burnt but the cheese didn't melt.
